Mandatory: Participation is required to ensure fair team placement.

*Fielders masks are recommended if you have one, but not mandatory for evaluations.
Why We Evaluate
Played last year? You still need to attend. Skills change every season!
The Process:
- We do not hold a "manager pick" draft.
- Players are evaluated by neutral observers.
- Scores are entered into a computerized system.
- Teams are balanced automatically based on these scores.
💡 EVALUATION TIP:
Our evaluators focus on mechanics over results.
Example: We want to see proper fielding stance and effort—not just whether you catch every single ball. Don't stress, just do your best!
